Description

Spirax Sarco TD42L and TD42H thermodynamic steam traps are serviceable traps; the TD42L is calibrated for relatively small condensate discharge and is primarily used for main line trapping; the TD42H is used for process load trapping. For applications requiring air removal, the TD42LA and TD42HA models with anti-air lock discs are available. The outer surface of the body of this series of traps is ENP nickel-plated, providing energy-saving and oxidation-resistant features.

Optional Accessories

  • heat shield: This prevents the trap from being exposed to low temperatures or wind and rain, which can cause excessive heat loss and lead to frequent operation.
  • Integral Drain Valve: Filter caps can be drilled and tapped for 3/8" BSP or NPT connections to drain valves such as BDV1 or BDV2.
