engine displacement (volume of air fuel mixture drawn in during one cycle)
Discharge shown is based on condensate discharge at saturation temperature. During the startup phase, the condensate is cold and the thermostatic air vent is open to provide additional condensate discharge. The additional cold water displacement from the evacuation air valve at different pressure differentials is shown below:
ΔP (bar) | 0.5 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4.5 | 7 | 10 | 14 |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
DN15, DN20 increased cold water discharge (kg/h) | 70 | 140 | 250 | 380 | 560 | 870 | 1130 | 1500 |
DN25 increased cold water discharge (kg/h) | 120 | 240 | 360 | 500 | 640 | 920 | 1220 | 1500 |
Security information, installation and maintenance
For detailed information, refer to the Installation and Maintenance Guide (M-P145-12) supplied with the product.
draw attention to sth.
The FTGS14 must be installed in the same direction as the fluid flow direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, ensuring that the float arm is positioned horizontally as well as ensuring that the float can rise and fall freely vertically, and that the direction of flow can be changed on site if required by turning the valve cover 180 degrees. Make sure the arrow on the nameplate points downward.
