Description
Spirax Sarco FT14 Float Steam Trap (Flange Connection), made of ductile iron, with built-in automatic air venting, is flanged for in-line maintenance without piping disassembly.
Available Models
- FT14(R-L): Horizontal connection from right to left
- FT14(L-R): Horizontal connection from left to right
- FT14(V): Flow down vertical connection
Other Options
- FT14C: In addition to a vent valve, a steam lock release device (SLR) is included to prevent steam lock in the system, with a letter "C" after the model name.
- FT14X: With built-in filter.

Security information, installation and maintenance
Refer to the Installation and Maintenance Guide (IM-S02-13) supplied with the product for detailed information. Install the valve so that the direction of fluid flow is the same as that indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and make sure that the float arm is positioned horizontally to ensure that the float can rise and fall freely vertically, and that the direction of flow can be changed on-site if necessary.
