Spirax Sarco Fig36 Austenitic Stainless Steel Filter

Description

Spirax Sarco Fig36 austenitic stainless steel strainer with integral flange and Y-shaped strainer. Standard stainless steel strainer: DIN15-DN80 pore size is 0.8mm, DIN100-DN200 pore size is 1.6mm. other pore sizes, mesh sizes and monel strainers are available. On request, the filter bonnet can be drilled with threaded holes for connection to a drain or discharge valve.

Security information, installation and maintenance

Refer to the Installation and Maintenance Guide (IM-S60-18) supplied with the product for detailed information.

1. Installation Tips: Filters should be installed horizontally in the direction of flow on the housing. When used in horizontal piping for steam or gas, the filter body should be kept in a horizontal plane; in liquid systems, the valve body should be in a vertical downward position. To facilitate maintenance and replacement, suitable shut-off valves should be installed upstream and downstream of the filter.
2. Maintenance Tips: The filter can be serviced directly on the pipeline by observing safe operating procedures. When servicing, it is recommended to use new gaskets and spare parts.
3. warnings: There is a thin stainless steel support ring in the gasket of the filter cover, remove it carefully.
4. take care of: This product is recyclable and does not harm the environment when disposed of properly.
